1吨吊装带吊装螺丝加工厂作业案例

案例概述：

一家中小型螺丝加工生产工厂咨询1吨吊装带，用来吊装存放螺丝螺母的木箱。木箱体积长宽高均为50cm，正方体。

通过与客户沟通交流得知，此螺丝生产厂家具有数年生产加工经验，一直以来都是使用液压堆高车搬运吊装作业，客户表示使用液压堆高车工作效率非常高，也很便捷。之所以现在改变作业方案是由于工厂扩建升级，新建库房实施“军事化”管理。所有产品，按照类别，放置在特定位置，标注产品名称。所有产品成品搬运至库房需要使用手拉葫芦将重物搬运至置物架固定位置进行储藏。整箱螺丝以及木箱的重量可想而知。

但手拉葫芦吊钩可吊装带有固定吊装位置的重物，对于木箱而言，找不到合适吊装位置，因此使用两条1吨吊装带进行从木箱底部穿过，两端套在手拉葫芦吊钩上，手拉葫芦上方吊钩套在固定支架铁环内然后匀速启动手拉葫芦，提拉重物到指定高度，推送至储物方格位置即可。
